We have created the HR consultant level 5 apprenticeship to ensure that the programme reflects the most current needs and best practice of the industry.

Through our partnership with ICS Learn Group (comprising of DPG, Acacia and ICS Learn), we’re able to provide learners with access to materials from the UK’s most respected HR & L&D awarding body, CIPD.

This 24 month blended learning programme will equip you to deal with complex and specialist problems along with the knowledge and skills to create and deliver effective HR solutions.

This course is free to learners. All our programmes are regulated and funded through the government or the apprenticeship levy.

This apprenticeship will benefit those already working in a HR and looking to develop a career in a business partner or consultant role.

Ideally you will have experience in a HR management role.

The apprenticeship supports and helps individuals to expand their HR skills, take on more responsibility in people management and deepen their HR knowledge to be a highly successful HR Consultant or Business Partner.

• Business change and organisational development
• Project management

As well as completing the apprenticeship, you will also achieve the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
